After 20 years in the corporate world (Deloitte, Novartis), I now bridge corporate leadership and entrepreneurial innovation to help organizations and people thrive in complexity. I currently lead Service Academy and People Capability for the Service Business Unit at Hitachi Energy, uniting technical mastery with adaptive, human-centered capabilities for a sustainable energy future.
My journey through large-scale enterprise transformation, particularly leading the Curiosity pillar of the Novartis Culture Transformation, and driving the strategic imperative of Societal Learning, taught me that the systems shaping our lives often measure what's easy instead of what truly matters. They reward speed, scale, and short-term wins while undervaluing care, community, meaning, and long-term health of people and planet.
The Big Shift is not coming, it is here. As founder of Reimagined Value and co-founder of the Inner Development Goals Czechia Center, I work with collectives reimagining how value is created: moving from extraction to regeneration, individualism to collective intelligence, and control to emergence.
